Who We Serve
In our referral network, we support professionals working with adult clients (18+) who require structured behavioral health intervention. This includes:
- Individuals whose primary diagnosis is a substance use disorder (SUD), including co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Clients whose primary diagnosis is a mental health disorder—with or without a substance-use component—who need a higher level of care than outpatient alone.

How to Refer a Client
Referring a client is straightforward:
- Contact our Referrals Team (via toll-free line or secure form) to begin the process.
- Provide preliminary information about the client’s diagnosis, treatment history, insurance coverage and clinical needs.
- Our admissions and clinical coordination staff will review the case, match the client with the appropriate program level, walk through insurance/authorization steps, and schedule the client for enrollment.
- With your client’s permission, we communicate progress updates and provide coordination ongoing during treatment to support continuity of care.
